Mesa Industries Announces Adam Vance as Chief Operating Officer

Mesa Industries is proud to announce the promotion of Adam Vance to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Since joining Mesa Industries in 2018, Adam has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, helping shape the company’s growth, innovation, and operational success  across both Mesa Engineered Tank Products (Mesa ETP) and Gunite Supply & Equipment (GSE). His leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement have helped strengthen Mesa’s position as an industry leader while delivering exceptional value to customers around the world.

In his previous role, Adam led business innovation, engineering, and quality initiatives for Mesa ETP, overseeing the development of custom-engineered solutions for aboveground storage tanks and industrial applications. He also played a pivotal role in the successful integration of WG Seals into Mesa ETP, expanding the company’s capabilities and reinforcing its reputation for engineering excellence.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning engineering, operations, quality, and executive leadership, Adam brings a unique combination of technical knowledge and business acumen to the COO position. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has earned certifications in Advanced Product Quality Planning, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, Statistical Stability & Capability, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other continuous improvement disciplines.
